Services

Here you will find a list of our services..

Calibration Services

In addition to its maintenance services and annual maintenance contracts, Intepro Systems provides full calibration services for all its test systems. Most systems can be calibrated in less than a day.

Installation and Relocation

System installations can be performed by a service engineer on-site or supervised via telephone from your local support office to ensure your product meets all operating specifications.

If you need to relocate test systems from their original commissioned location, have the project looked after by a Intepro support technician to ensure a smooth transition and avoid risk of damage.

Maintenance Support
Intepro offers a variety of maintenance support contracts. From 24/7 telephone and online support, advanced module replacement and on-site in 24 hours, Intepro provides after sales maintenance support that meets our customers’ own support budgets and requirements.

Project Management
Intepro offers a structured consultation approach to help specify and implement a test strategy for Telecommunications, Avionics/Defense and PSU manufacturers. Projects are coordinated by a dedicated project engineering team who liaise with the customer from initial system specification design, through to build, test, installation, application support and post installation support.

Test Programs and Fixtures

For application support, full turnkey solutions can be provided on request including the customer development of applications, fixtures and test programs.

With a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations in power supply test performance, Intepro support engineers encourage benchmark testing. Results to date have led to increased speeds up to 90%.

Upgrades
Intepro engineers will review your existing systems and provide a cost-efficient upgrade path to meet the new test requirements. Since Intepro systems have an open hardware and software architecture, it is possible to upgrade even our oldest systems to the latest hardware and software. Even test programs can be converted from the DOS programs to today’s PowerStar 5.

All upgrades are custom so please contact us for the specifics on your system and the tasks needed.
